1. Sitting meditation. For my family, teaching and relationships, to sit for at least 5 minutes a day is the most healing pose I can master.

2. Handstand, Ado Mukha Vrksasana. I’m always working on this and love it so much as a “reset” button on my body.

3. The “Ego Eradicator” meditation from Kundalini yoga involves arms up and out, breath of fire and feels like i’ve been cleared out each time I practice it.

4. Abdominal work. There are some core leg lifts that Yogi Bhajan designed for us that really help keep me grounded.

5. Shavasana. If i can take just a few minutes a day in this pose, my body feels better, brighter and more buoyant.

The addition of ANDREA’S will complete the expansive ENCORE BEACH CLUB and SURRENDER NIGHTCLUB ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX, becoming the first WYNN LAS VEGAS restaurant to be fully integrated into a nightclub.

Culinary excellence also continues at WYNN LAS VEGAS with the appointment of JOSEPH ELEVADO as EXECUTIVE CHEF of ANDREA’S, the new restaurant opening Dec. 28 at Encore. Honing his culinary skills in esteemed kitchens across the country, Chef Elevado brings his mastery of Asian flavors and technical artistry to Andrea’s hip “vibe” dining atmosphere integrated into SURRENDER NIGHTCLUB. He debuts creative sharable plates and menu items that are ideal for lively group dining in a setting that is distinctively Wynn.

“I am creating dishes that will complement Andrea’s fun, high-energy and interactive dining experience,” said Chef Elevado. “I envision people eating much like I do when I go out with friends, sharing together family style.
