Have you ever considered what a young designer does before the clothes hit the runways or a magazine?
The Apparel Design Engineering program exposes the students to the vast world of the apparel industry with a heavy emphasis on furthering their skills at the post-secondary level.
Therefore, this program will partner with various post-secondary schools in order to create a seamless transition and help prepare students to obtain a college degree.
The ADE program responds to the growing need for qualified technical designers and mass production pattern makers to collaborate globally and often in a virtual environment.
As one of our Alumni Yamar Adams has successfully flourished into the Fashion Industry as a result of the vigorous curriculum and the attention that our Young Designers receive during their four years here at Maxwell.
She is now employed as the Operations Coordinator of watches and fine jewelry at Ralph Lauren.
We invite you with great pleasure, to join us for our First Annual Young and Emerging Designers Fashion Showcase “Mode Fall 2017”.
