Haus of Topper’s SS18 Collection Embraces The Modern Day Concept of Royals
Pulling inspiration from the idea of Royals with inspiration from Queen Elizabeth I, the royal monarch, and today’s “It girls” to bring about a collection that sparkles and shine.
In the time when true royal monarch’s ruled, if the queen went into mourning and only wore black, the entire construe did as well. We can see bits and pieces of this coming through when we look at such “It girls” as Kylie, Kim, Hailey & Kaia to name a few and how society, in a way, puts them on a pedestal and look to them for direction in what to wear and where to hang out.
This season, Haus of Topper touched a bit on a celestial note by including crescent moon and stars throughout as a homage to the times when royalty would look to the stars to decide when to go into battle or not.
This season, Haus of Topper continues to focus on their signature and best selling crystal styles while making them even more show stopping.
Topper introduces a new set-in crystal component that is mixed and matched and shows up in necklaces, bracelets and earrings and is often mixed with the brands traditional crystal to create stunning red carpet ready pieces.
Taking the crystal encrusted disco earrings from FW17,Topper takes us on a journey with head turning chandeliers, long and short necklaces and mixes them with marble and pearls; elements that have been carefully carried forward season after season while still looking new and fresh.
This season Haus of Topper is excited to introduce their first ever crown styles, created in embossed vegan leather that is encrusted with jewels in the same manner as their stand out cuffs.
With four different styles, these crowns are regal yet fun and exciting and are sure to be the go to for music festivals all season long.
HoT is excited to continue their collaborations with domestic and international department and specialty boutiques like Revolve.com, Intermix, Harvey Nichols Hong Kong and Lemon Chic while adding She-la in Omaha & Leigh’s Fashion in Michigan.
The collection retails from $70 – $300 and can also be found at the Haus of Topper e-commerce site hausoftopper.com.
