Patricia Altschul Debuts Custom Caftans

Patricia Altschul, beloved matriarch of the Bravo hit series “Southern Charm,” has debuted Patricia’s Couture by Sherina, a line of custom caftans featuring the wearers very own pet.

The caftans are beautifully made of an ivory crepe fabric and hand-crafted crystal and pearl embellishments add glamour and sophistication to the flowing garment.

The idea for Patricia’s Couture was born on a trip to India where Altschul was traveling with her friend entrepreneur, Georgette Mosbacher.

There they met Sherina Dalamal, a very successful young bespoke fashion designer. In a conversation, the trio had about their love for caftans and their pets the idea was born.

The caftans are hand-made in India, machine washable, offered at an affordable price and are available to order now at

Currently appearing on the fourth season of “Southern Charm,” Altschul will also release her first book, with co-writer Deborah Davis entitled

The Art of Southern Charm,”

on April 18 through Diversion Books.

The lifestyle icon writes about etiquette and living a glamorously Southern champagne lifestyle, providing her unique advice on every situation.
