RD x California Girls is a strategical pop-up program, designed to extend the Rocket Dog brand and ethos of Forever-California-Cool, with an influential millennial twist.

The collection, debuting with a collaboration designed inpartnership with notable celebrity fashion stylist Chloe Bartoli

(Shay Mitchell, Jared Leto, Cami Morrone,Chanel Iman, Poppy + Cara Delevingne, Shanina Shaik and more)

will create the next chapter for the Rocket Dog brand and its customer.

Rocket Dog, the iconic brand which gained popularity in the ‘90s for its trendsetting platform sandals and stacked footwear, emerges with this new collection perfectly timed to the re-emergence of this resurrected fashion era and footwear statement.

With each collection debut under the RD x California Girls umbrella, Rocket Dog will partner with a new visionary from the epicenter of the fashion world and young Hollywood, which Chloe Bartoli perfectly exemplifies as their debut collaborator.

RD x California Girls will debut its Summer ‘18 collection with cool girl-about-town and trendsetter Chloe Bartoli.

Known for her cutting edge, simple and masculine-inspired street-to-chic aesthetic, Rocket Dog and Chloe are the ideal pairing to amp up the California-cool millennial edge.

Through its innovative silhouettes, patterns and colors, the footwear will appeal to the masses while being representative of Bartoli’s effortlessly chic and highly coveted style.

In demand by young hollywood, Bartoli has worked with Nicole Richie, Sofia Richie, Jessie Jo Stark, Selena Gomez, Miranda Kerr and top fashion books spanning from W Magazine to Nylon.

“Chloe Bartoli for RD x California Girls will bring an iconic 90s sensibility to booming new heights through the cuttingedge, sleek and envelope-pushing brand- reinventing interpretations,” notes CEO of Millennial Brands, Cathy Taylor.

“I am beyond excited to collaborate with Rocket Dog! Growing up, if you didn’t have a pair of Rockets Dogs’ in high school, you were definitely not part of the cool crowd.

I decided to make my collectiona little bit more masculine than what they generally design and are well known since I’m a total Tom boy!

Instead of designing pieces that were more on the feminine

side like Rocket Dog‘s classic platform sandal, I decided to take the platform and add a more rock ‘n’ roll/punk vibe to the collection.” – Chloe Bartoli

With millennial and Gen Z attention spans lasting less than five seconds, and constantly glued to social media, the “of-the-moment” formula behind the new RocketDogroll out offers a perpetually fresh range, that is targetedto maintain interest and excitement with even the most fleeting customer.

We can see through recently announced competitor partnerships (Converse + Miley Cyrus for example), that the Rocket Dog aesthetic and its revolutionary platformstyling is not a trendthat is going away anytime soon, but, quite the opposite, with trendsetters and fashionistas clammering for the next RD collection to debut to show off their originality.RD x California Tagline: California the vibe. Rocket Dog the lifestyle.

This is the next, this is the now, this is RD x California Girls.
