Belvedere SuperFood Cocktail

On the evening of August 12th, Belvedere Vodka hosted an intimate virtual cocktail demonstration where guests created an Avocado cocktail with U.S. Brand Ambassador – Brian Stewart (@belvederebrian). The demonstration was a part of the brand’s newest initiative, Quality over Quantity, which is aimed at inspiring consumers and spirits enthusiasts to make mindful consumption choices while also choosing quality products. With a natural philosophy and a great signature product made with only rye and water that’s distilled by fire, Belvedere is well-positioned to speak on mindful consumption. It doesn’t hurt that the product is also delicious, especially paired with avocados! The delightful Avocado drink is part of a line of superfood cocktails that the brand launched recently, using “super” ingredients like matcha and cantaloupe. The recipe is below and will surprise & delight palates all around.

Belvedere SuperFood Cocktail  Avocado
A cocktail that pairs Belvedere Vodka with big, green savory flavors followed by an underlying sweetness and acidity of pineapple.
Recipe Ingredients and Method
 • Belvedere Vodka 60ML 2 OZ
• Avocado 2 Slices
• Coconut Milk 15ML  ½ OZ
• Fresh Lemon Juice 20 ML  ¾ OZ
• Honey Syrup 7 ML  ¼ OZ (see instructions below, create in advance)
• Fresh Pineapple Juice 15 ML  ½ OZ
 • Coconut Chips & Chili Flakes Garnish

Built in a shaker, shake with ice and fine strain into a Collins cocktail. Garnish with coconut chips & chili flakes.
 Honey Syrup 
Honey syrup can be used in place of simple syrup in many cocktails.
Recipe Ingredients and Method 
• 1 cup (8 OZ) honey
• 1 cup (8 OZ) water
Combine honey and water in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir until honey dissolves. Remove from heat, let cool to room temperature and transfer to a clean glass jar. Cover and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks
