Fashion Week Columbus photos by Bill Lugo

The third largest fashion week organization in the country, Fashion Week Columbus, has no shortage of exotic, fashionable collections on the runway as it celebrates its 10th anniversary.

The Passport to Fashion event had a mission to celebrate a unified front in both the expression of art and love of culture from all walks of life.

The designers featured showcased internationally-rich collections coming from numerous cultures including Indian and African inspiration.

The show’s diversity expanded across cultures and genders, as the outfits displayed showed off a variety that ranges from exotic to vivid, and everything in between.

This event compliments the others, which will include an Il Moda mixer crawling with local celebrities, and Saturday’s finale runway show, which will feature outfits from headline designer Christian Cowan, who has designed for stars like Lady Gaga and Katy Perry.
