The Philadelphia-based brand is expanding into lifestyle and has revamped their name from “Damari Savile” to “Damari.” Per the name change and the launch of a new website, Damari teamed up with well-known agency, Brooklyn PR, to further the brand’s initiatives and provide a new wave of visibility.This partnership comes ahead of the launch of the CLEAN Campaign, Damari’s latest collection launching this week. CLEAN opens the door to the inseparable components of lifestyle and fashion, while bringing customizations to the forefront. Implementing the option of custom- from loungewear crewnecks to carpet suiting- this new component transforms Damari into an authentic, personalized lifestyle. The CLEAN Campaign perfectly manages to embrace clean cuts by twisting sporty looks with a vintage varsity touch.
“We decided to call this the CLEAN Campaign as an entendre. As we continue to keep culture as a part of our narrative we want to remind everyone that we’ve always been clean in every use of the word. The
designs of the garments are clean and simple with monochromatic fabrics and embroidery,” said Malcolm Jenkins, founder and co-owner, Damari.
Damari has been tastefully curated by the intertwining wits of three professionals: director of styling and image relations Eric White, storyteller Malcolm Jenkins, and lead designer Alyssa DiMarcantonio. owns his outside-the-box mentality and inventiveness, Jenkins focuses on the details and the importance of telling the brand’s story. DiMarcantonio, a “classically trained designer by trade,” technically combines each creative and storytelling component to properly present the brand.
