THEOPHILIO

On Saturday evening during New York Fashion Week,
Brooklyn-based luxury fashion house THEOPHILIO celebrated its 10th anniversary with “THEOPHILIO:
10 Years of DIASPORA” at The Matriarch in New York City. Presented by Wray & Nephew in partnership
with SheaMoisture, the milestone celebration honored a decade of Caribbean diaspora storytelling,
community, and culture through the lens of founder and Creative Director Edvin Thompson.

Guests gathered at The Matriarch for an evening of music, performance, and celebration inspired by the
Jamaican heritage and cultural influences that have shaped THEOPHILIO since its founding in 2016.
Attendees were invited to dress to the theme of “DIASPORA,” reflecting the spirit of heritage, identity and
self-expression at the heart of the brand.
Throughout the evening, Wray & Nephew brought its Jamaican roots to the celebration with a photo
activation, branded moments throughout the venue, and VIP hospitality. SheaMoisture, the evening’s
Official Hair Partner, hosted a dedicated touch-up station for guests and provided custom co-branded
scarves for VIP attendees.
The celebration marked ten years of creative evolution for THEOPHILIO and brought together the friends,
collaborators, and community who have championed Thompson and the brand over the past decade.
