May 13, 2020 marked the 214th-year anniversary dedicated to the celebration of cocktails across the globe and on this momentous day, Belvedere Vodka launched Quality over Quantity. Quality over Quantity is a U.S. initiative that aims to inspire mindful consumption and the celebration of the brand’s all-natural philosophy. Belvedere Vodka is made from nature with only three ingredients: 100% traceable Polska rye, pure water, and distilled by fire, contains zero additives, is certified kosher, and is produced in accordance with the legal regulations of Polska vodka that dictate nothing can be added.
This initiative is motivated by the values of current consumers and the Belvedere brand, to be transparent and make a lasting positive impact on the world. Now more than ever, consumers are looking to brands with authenticity and that are passionate about nourishing the natural character of the earth and the people who live on it.
Lifestyle expert Martha Stewart, co-hosted a virtual mixology session on the evening of May 13th with brand education manager, Alice Farquhar, on Belvedere’s Instagram channel (@belvederevodka). As President and CEO of Belvedere Vodka, Rodney Williams is responsible for the development, growth and business vision for the brand.
Most recently he was the CMO for Moet Hennessy USA’s storied portfolio of iconic luxury champagne, wines and spirits brands. Rodney’s tenure at Moet Hennessy began as Senior Vice President for Hennessy, where he led the brand out of decline and into record growth with a groundbreaking new strategic campaign.
Prior to that he was in the wine business where, as SVP of Classics Brands, Jackson Family Wines, he launched the most successful new product in the company’s history; and as SVP of Robert Mondavi, Constellation Brands, oversaw the turnaround of Woodbridge.
Before joining the wine business, Rodney headed marketing for the launch of OnStar for General Motors. His career began in brand management at Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson.
Rodney sits on the boards of Pkolino, the Association of National Advertisers (ANA), and the Emeritus Board of the Museum of the African Diaspora (MoAD) in San Francisco.
He earned a BA from Amherst College and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School.

As a highly experienced brand strategist with a strong background of working on lifestyle and luxury brands in the US, she is responsible for driving business and marketing strategy as well as implementing strategic plans to maximize brand growth. Allison is a mom of two and a native to Brooklyn, where she currently resides with her family. Allison holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business and an MBA from Fordham University.
